[1] The NQA Advantage Support Plan commences from the date of purchase of any new Agras drone with NQ Aerovation. A renewal fee of $550 applies to extend coverage for a further 12 months. Renewals must be completed within three (3) months of the plan expiry date.

[2] Unboxing and initial setup can be provided face-to-face within a 200 km radius of Bowen (travel fees may apply).

[3] The plan includes one (1) service within each 12-month period.

* For servicing, maintenance, fleet / equipment hire, and warranty repairs, return freight or drop-off/pick-up is the responsibility of the customer. Where freight is required, NQ Aerovation will arrange the most cost-effective and timely freight option on the customer’s behalf.
