NQA Advantage is our 12-month support program included with the purchase of any DJI Agras drone through NQ Aerovation. It’s designed to keep your operation running smoothly by reducing downtime, lowering repair costs, and giving you direct access to expert support when you need it. NQA Advantage includes priority repairs, parts and labour costs covered on eligible warranty work, remote troubleshooting support from our technical team, and discounted access to fleet hire if your aircraft is offline. It’s not just a warranty add-on — it’s ongoing operational support to protect your investment and keep you in the air.

[1] The NQA Advantage Support Plan commences from the date of purchase of any new Agras drone with NQ Aerovation. A renewal fee of $550 applies to extend coverage for a further 12 months. Renewals must be completed within three (3) months of the plan expiry date.
[2] Unboxing and initial setup can be provided face-to-face within a 200 km radius of Bowen (travel fees may apply).
[3] The plan includes one (1) service within each 12-month period.
* For servicing, maintenance, fleet / equipment hire, and warranty repairs, return freight or drop-off/pick-up is the responsibility of the customer. Where freight is required, NQ Aerovation will arrange the most cost-effective and timely freight option on the customer’s behalf.
