Training Services
NQ Aerovation partners with FPV Australia to provide training services for Remote Pilot Licence Training and Medium Class RPA Endorsements in accordance with CASA Rules and Regulations.
Training services are provided to assist participants in obtaining relevant competencies, licences, certifications, or qualifications where applicable. Completion of training does not guarantee certification, licensing, or qualification.
Training, assessment, course scheduling, and associated aviation compliance requirements are conducted in line with FPV Australia Terms and Conditions. Regardless of invoicing arrangements, enrolment handling, or course delivery coordination through NQ Aerovation, FPV Australia remains the determining and governing training authority regarding course availability, attendance requirements, cancellations, assessments, competency outcomes, and training compliance matters.
All participants are expected to follow lawful instructions, training procedures, and safety requirements during all theory and practical training activities.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings for training sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by FPV Australia and NQ Aerovation.
Full payment, approved purchase order, or agreed payment arrangement must be made at the time of booking and prior to course work commencement.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice. Prices for training services are subject to change, and FPV Australia reserves the right to amend pricing at its discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds
Participant Cancellations
As training positions are limited and scheduled in advance, cancellation and reschedule policies apply to all course bookings.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled training session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to approval.
Cancellations made within 14 business days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled course commencement are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled training session without notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
Participant Rescheduling
If a participant requests to reschedule their course within 7 days of the scheduled commencement date, a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the course fee applies. This is due to limited course availability, instructor scheduling, and reserved training positions.
Reschedule by NQ Aerovation or FPV Australia
NQ Aerovation and FPV Australia make every reasonable effort to provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any course rescheduling. However, due to operational requirements including adverse weather conditions, instructor availability, CASA operational considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances, training dates may occasionally need to be rescheduled at shorter notice.
Where a course is rescheduled by NQ Aerovation or FPV Australia, participants will be offered alternative training dates.
Liability & Conduct
FPV Australia and NQ Aerovation will not be liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or associated costs arising from the use of drones, participation in training activities, or failure to comply with instructions, except where required by law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they:
- Comply with all safety directions and lawful instructions;
- Attend training fit for duty;
- Hold any prerequisite licences or certifications where applicable; and
- Conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner throughout training.
Any participant engaging in unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or non-compliant behaviour may be removed from training without refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with enrolment, payment, purchase order submission, or attendance at training, the participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Cancellation Policies.
These terms apply to all training services coordinated by NQ Aerovation in partnership with FPV Australia.
